Earlier this year, 2 trial studies to test the efficacy and safety of exercise training among patients with Chronic Heart failure were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). This study randomized 2,331 stable systolic heart failure patients to placebo vs. exercise and followed them for 30 months.
